If I take a breather or two and play this app before you know it Im not so stressed out anymore.

worth the money, not a lot of content but can give you a little insight about yourself and some advice on how to be happier

Its pretty rad. If u jave depression get it. It helps.

Took 30 seconds to do and I might try some of the ideas. Like the quotes in some of the answers. Not bad at all for a free app.

All in all its a good app I already know this stuff but sometimes its a great pick me up when Im down
