This app just tells you to eat well, sleep more, and be involved in activities. Although these things may make you feel better, they do not actually say if you are happy. This app has nothing to do with happiness just personal feeling. It says that to be happy is a life long endeavor, but happiness is a way to live. It may be hard to be happy sometimes but its not constant, there will be ups and downs and this app just how you generally feel. I understand this is a generic, baseline app but it is almost offensive on how they categorize happiness.
